Research Study: A Fresh Look at Women Networks

There is a lot of research focused on the company perspective of “How to Build an Employee Network“, but hardly any work has been done looking at the membership experience: What to do to make sure that networks live up to members’ expectations? How to ensure they feel fully engaged and excited to contribute? And what are the best ways to leverage the power a network can provide?

Closing that gap is the focus of the research study “A Fresh Look at Women Networks” conducted in collaboration with the Inclusion Institute.
